Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the EazyAI platform, websites, and related services (the “Services”) provided by EazyTechLabs Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By creating an account, requesting a demo, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and is part of these Terms.

2. The Services

EazyAI is a managed AI orchestration platform for building and operating enterprise AI applications. Features may include projects, agents, data connections, evaluation, model operations, and related administration tools. We may add, change, or retire features. Where a written order, proposal, or subscription agreement conflicts with these Terms, that written agreement controls for the subject it covers.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate account and organization information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for credentials issued to your users and for activity under your account.
• You will notify us promptly at prakash@eayzai.co.in if you believe an account has been compromised.
• We may suspend access if we reasonably believe an account is being misused, is insecure, or is creating risk to the Services or other customers.

4. Customer content and data

You retain ownership of content, documents, prompts, configurations, and other data you submit to the Services (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited right to host, process, and transmit Customer Content only to provide, secure, and support the Services you request.

Enterprise deployments may keep data in your own infrastructure. Where we process data on your behalf, we do so under these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable data-processing terms. You are responsible for having the rights and notices needed to submit Customer Content, including personal data of your users or customers.

5. Acceptable use

You will not, and will not allow others to:

• Use the Services in violation of law, or to infringe privacy, intellectual property, or other rights
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services except as we expressly allow in writing
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services, or attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Upload malware or content you do not have the right to use
• Use the Services to develop competing models or services by systematically extracting our software, prompts, or non-public materials
• Misrepresent AI-generated output as human professional advice where that would be misleading

6. AI output

The Services may generate text, files, scores, or recommendations using models you configure or that we make available. Output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing output before you rely on it, especially for legal, medical, financial, employment, or other decisions that affect people. The Services do not provide legal, medical, or other licensed professional advice.

7. Third-party services

The Services may connect to third-party models, hosting, storage, or data sources that you choose. Those providers have their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is between you and that provider.

8. Fees

Paid plans, usage, and professional services are billed as stated in an order, invoice, or the pricing shown at purchase. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Except where a written agreement or applicable law requires otherwise, fees are non-refundable once the applicable service period has started.

9. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Services, including software, interfaces, documentation, and branding. These Terms do not transfer that ownership to you. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during your subscription for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

If you give us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

10. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other party’s non-public information with reasonable care and use it only to perform under these Terms. This duty does not apply to information that is public through no fault of the receiving party, was already known without a duty of confidence, or must be disclosed by law. If disclosure is required by law, the receiving party will give notice where legally permitted.

11. Warranties and liability

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability arising out of the Services in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the Services in that period, or INR 10,000 if you have not paid fees. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or to your payment obligations.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these Terms and do not cure the breach within a reasonable time after notice, or immediately if the breach creates a security or legal risk. On termination, your right to use the Services ends. Sections that by their nature should survive, including ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law, will survive.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised Terms on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use after the update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
